Fairport Tickets for the Bourtons

Bourtonians, here is all the information you need to know to get your tickets for this year’s Fairport Convention Festival.  May I respectfully remind you that these tickets have been provided for free by Fairport for us to sell at a reduced price to support our community.  The information will be included in the June edition of the Bourtons Broadsheet but if you have any queries at all please do email me directly at cllrsueupton@bourtons-cherwell-pc.gov.uk or call me on 07484 121224.

We are hoping to make the wristband collection available here in the Bourtons before the Festival date and will publish the information on here, on facebook and email individually to your address provided on your application form.

Fairport’s Cropredy Convention 2024

August 8th, 9th & 10th

Application for Bourtons Concessionary Tickets

 

Bourtons’ Parish Council will be allocated 100 concessionary tickets to the festival this year. The names of successful applicants are sent to the Fairport organisation for exchange for wristbands at the advertised times when you apply for your tickets. Matching ID will be required when you collect your wristbands.

6:30pm to 8.00pm on Friday 21st June 2024

Registrations, up to 2 tickets per household, will be agreed on a ‘first come first served’ basis until 8.00pm (or earlier if all tickets are taken). If you would like more than 2 tickets, complete the section on the form and we will contact you if extra tickets are available.

Fairport ticket allocation 2024

We would respectfully remind residents that ticket sales are strictly restricted to current residents of the Bourtons.  If we infringe this limitation, we will be in danger of losing the privilege of concessionary tickets altogether, as has happened in the past.

Registrations will cost £45 each (full adult 3-day price £190 currently), Children aged 11 and under are free.

Please make sure you bring your cheque(s) or cash for the correct value payable to: ‘Bourtons Parish Council’.

Google Analytics

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
