Shoe Boxes for the Ukraine: We will now be taking shoe boxes down to the Hare and Hounds in mid January. They request boxes for teenage boys, warm hats and gloves sweets, fidget toys, and also boxes for those of the Chernobyl disaster, who are in their mid-late 30s yet have a mental age of 7-8. Warm hats etc, fidget toys, sweets, are all appreciated. Please label the age and gender and put a note from yourself if you wish. Cardboard for shoe boxes can be found in each church of the Benefice. I hope to bless the gifts we send at our Carol Services as we remember those whose Christmases are much more challenging than our own. With thanks for your support of this compassionate effort.

Sarah
