Concessionary Tickets have been reduced this year to only 50 tickets for the Bourtons’ and will be £75 each.
Therefore this year we shall have to hold a ballot to allocate tickets.
This then, will be the procedure for this year:
Fill in the application form, which will be available in the Bourtons Broadsheet or you can download a copy HERE, making sure your information is clearly visible paying particular attention to your email address if you have one and your telephone number. You must include your postcode. Please bring with you some ID which clearly shows your name and address. Tickets will be limited to only two per household, there will be no extra tickets available to purchase but there are still free tickets for under 12s. You do not need to bring any money with your registration application.
REGISTER YOUR APPLICATION ON WEDNESDAY MARCH 12TH FROM BETWEEN 6.30PM AND 8.30PM AT THE VILLAGE HALL. If you are unable to make that date, please contact Sue on 07484121224. The draw will take place at the Ladies Coffee morning in the Village Hall on March 13th at 11am.
Applicants will then be notified by email or telephone, whether or not they have been successful in obtaining a ticket and be advised of payment arrangements.
Dates and times of Wristband collection this year will be advised nearer the Festival date.
Note: We are organising the sale of tickets earlier this year so that if you are not able to get a concessionary ticket there will still be time to buy one directly from Fairport. They do not expect to sell out of tickets before mid April according to the organisers of the Festival.
