Responding to CDC Local Plan

Residents will no doubt be aware that the Parish Council need to submit a second response to CDCs local plan, where they have identified several potential housing development sites in the Bourtons.  We have already made an initial response but need to address each proposed site specifically before their final decisions are made later this year.

To support the view of residents and our final submission, we plan to issue a questionnaire to all residents to get your views on these proposals and also to construct a community plan for the Bourtons: the contents of which will influence all future responses to planning applications.  You can see the Bourtons Parish profile which identifies the proposed sites in the CDC local plan HERE.

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
