Update on the housing development proposal for Hanwell

Today June 4th, was the first day of the Planning Appeal on the outline application for up to 170 dwellings on the fields between Hanwell and Banbury.
We are supporting Hanwell regarding their objection to this application because if it is approved, we shall have great difficulty in protecting Little Bourton from development to adjoin Banbury. Its development has already been mentioned in the draft CDC local plan.
You can also attend on Wed 5th, Thu 6th (AM only), Fri 7th, Tue 11, Wed 12 and Thu 13. There is no meeting on Monday 10th June.
If you are not familiar with the details of the objections or threat to Hanswell – a  short film was produced by the Action Group to be shown at the Appeal. The Planning Inspector decided not to show it at the inquiry, but has said he will view it. This has been shared on our Bourtons Facebook page.

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
