Bourton’s Community Plan – Questionnaire

This week we are delivering the Questionnaires which when completed and received, will help to formulate our Parish Community Plan.  The Plan will help us to give residents direct input into a shared vision for our villages and shape the development and growth of our local area.

Initially we need to respond to the final decision stage of  CDC Local plan where several landowners and their potential developer partners have submitted possible sites for future housing development, which, if all were adopted, would see a very significant number of houses constructed around the Bourtons.  CDC work on up to 28 houses per hectare for those who want to do their own calculations.

 Please do have your say and return your completed Questionnaire either to the Parish Council mailbox at the Community Hall or if you live in Little Bourton it will be collected.

If you need another copy of the Questionnaire you can download one from HERE and if it is to replace the one which was delivered to you, please write the registration number on your submitted copy in the right hand bottom corner which is shown on your delivered copy.  If another adult in your household would like to submit a separate questionnaire, please use the original number with the addition of the letter a, b, or c etc.

Google Analytics

User and Event Data Retention

User-level and event-level data associated with Google Analytics cookies is retained for 14 months and then automatically deleted.

IP Anonymization

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
